The highly sought-after Cohiba Talismán EL 2017 is arguably the most successful Limited Edition ever launched by Habanos SA. Globally launched on November 8th 2017, in London, UK, it was so successful that its production continued until 2019.
It is possible to come across both 2017 and 2019 box codes. Among Cohiba aficionados, the Cohiba Talisman is the most appreciated Cuban cigar today.
All limited editions from Habanos come with tobacco leaves aged for at least two years. So, what’s unique about the leaves used in this cigar? Well, being a Cohiba cigar, the leaves undergo a famous ‘third fermentation’ in wooden barrels, contributing to the unmistakable Cohiba flavour. That is smoother and has well-rounded subtle flavours. The Talisman is wrapped up to form a 154mm by a 54 ring gauge smoke.
We highly recommend this cigar as something to smoke immediately or age for a few years before being enjoyed.
